I have over 20 years’ experience in the catering & hospitality industry, working in five-star hotels and internationally renowned and award-winning restaurants, before moving into private service. My experience spans a number of countries including the UK, France, Switzerland, Australia and the USA, and I have the pleasure of cooking for many a distinguished guest. This experience, coupled with my love of simple organic ingredients, has influenced my diverse range of cooking skills and shaped my cuisine style to create dishes that are truly memorable.
